Yarn may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 90 days of purchase. The yarn must be in its original condition, for example: not wound into a ball in the case of skeined yarn. All printed materials, needles and hooks are final sale and cannot be returned. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact Uncommon Threads right away and we will address the problem and replace your item if necessary. Project bags may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 90 days of purchase, and must be in their original condition.
