Yarn may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 90 days of purchase. The yarn must be in its original condition, for example: not wound into a ball in the case of skeined yarn. All printed materials, needles and hooks are final sale and cannot be returned. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, please contact Uncommon Threads right away and we will address the problem and replace your item if necessary.
