Ghita Cowl and Malene Hat were originally published in Amimono: Room 606. Both patterns call for a combination of Isager yarns held together for a marled effect and to achieve the correct gauge.
Materials for Ghita Cowl:
- 4 different colors of Alpaca 2, Hojland or Tvinni, or a combination of these yarns, (one skein each color) AND
- 1 color of Alpaca 1 or Silk Mohair used throughout
- Size US 4 and US 6 needles
Gauge: 20 sts. and 28 rows over 4 in. stockinette on size US 6 (4mm)
