Learn the basics of Granny stitch and how to apply it to a basic Granny square. Students will learn how to read a crochet chart, begin working in the round, make a basic square, and change colors. With time permitting, students will learn other applications of Granny stitch and begin working on a Granny square variation.
Supplies included: Students will receive a crochet hook and yarns to complete a basic Granny square.
Requirements: Students must know the Double Crochet (DC) and chain (CH) stitches.
