“CANTO D’ONDE” – Song of the Waves – perfectly describes the play of colors and textures in this shawl.
The design is inspired by a Sardinian beach with clear turquoise water, and its atmosphere is reflected in the various structural elements.
Delicate layers with beads, lateral braids, and short rows create a natural wave effect. The shawl is worked with a combination of cobweb and lace yarns, mostly held double. In some sections, only a single strand is used to achieve a light, sheer texture.
A small highlight: The shawl was finished right at the beach that inspired its design.
